PHC training from January 2021 to December 2021

MBBS students visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai during the following days as mentioned below. During the visits, students learnt about various Services provided at PHCs, functioning of National Health Programs, Staff pattern, Job responsibilities of health workers and various Records maintained at PHCs.

1st Year MBBS
Students Roll No. 01 to 75, visited Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 10.02.2021.
2nd year MBBS
Students Roll No. 62 to 91 visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari, on 18.12.2021.
3rd Year MBBS
  • Students Roll No. 26 to 50, visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 11.08.2021 & 12.08.2021 respectively.
  • Students Roll No. 51 to 75, visited Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 27.08.2021.
  • Students Roll No. 67 to 100, visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 07.10.2021 & 12.10.2021 respectively.
  • Students Roll No. 01 to 33, visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 09.11.2021 & 11.11.2021 respectively.
  • Students Roll No. 34 to 66, visited Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai on 07.12.2021 & 09.12.2021 respectively.
     

CRRIs:

CRRIs were posted at Primary Health Centre, Poolavari & Primary Health Centre, Elampillai for 15 days in each PHC on rotation as mentioned below. During these postings, Interns learnt about management of common ailments and emergencies at PHC level, various Services provided at PHCs, MCH care, Family Planning, Immunization, School Health, Outreach services, conducting health camp, giving health talks, functioning of National Health Programs, Staff Pattern, Job responsibilities of health workers and various Records maintained at PHCs.
